Türkiye’s Embassy in Doha holds farewell ceremony for Ambassador Mustafa Göksu
Türkiye’s Embassy in Doha, the capital of Qatar, held a farewell ceremony marking the end of Ambassador Mustafa Göksu’s term. Representatives of Turkish institutions operating in Qatar, embassy staff and their families, and members of the Turkish community attended the ceremony.

Representatives of Turkish institutions operating in Qatar, embassy staff and their families, and members of the Turkish community living in the country attended the ceremony at the embassy.
Göksu highlights Türkiye-Qatar relations
In his speech at the ceremony, Mustafa Göksu referred to the projects and work completed during his term. Göksu also offered assessments on the longstanding relations between Türkiye and Qatar.
Pointing to Türkiye’s active foreign policy aimed at promoting peace and stability at the regional and international levels, Göksu said the strategic partnership and bonds of brotherhood between the two countries were strong.
Göksu said that during his term, they had made intensive efforts to advance Türkiye-Qatar relations in various areas and to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to them in the best possible way.

Mustafa Göksu thanked his colleagues who supported him during his term and members of the Turkish community in Qatar.
The ceremony concluded with guests being served traditional dishes and desserts reflecting Turkish cuisine.
