Two convicts captured in FETÖ operation in Kayseri

Teams from the Kayseri Provincial Police Department's Intelligence Branch and Counter-Terrorism Branch launched an operation to capture two convicts wanted for FETÖ/PDY membership. M. Y., a dismissed teacher with a final 9-year prison sentence issued by the Konya 1st Criminal Court of Peace, was detained in a raid on the identified address.

It was determined that M. Y. operated within the organization as the so-called 'Organization Member in Charge of Court Personnel' and used the code name 'Muhsin'. The fugitive convict, who was determined to be a Bylock user, was handed over to prison after police procedures.

Within the same operation, 40-year-old K. A., who had a final prison sentence of 6 years, 10 months and 15 days for FETÖ/PDY membership, was also captured. K. A. was taken into custody and sent to prison after the completion of procedures.
