Ukrainian special operations forces struck the Semikolodezianska oil depot and an oil terminal in Feodosia in occupied Crimea on the night of June 7.
The targeted oil depot is located in the settlement known as Yedi-Kuyu, approximately 200 kilometers from the front line. The facility was reportedly used by the Russian military as an intermediate point for storing and transporting fuel, diesel, and bitumen.
The depot contained nine tanks with capacities ranging from 700 to 3,000 cubic meters. Fuel was loaded onto railcars here and transported within Crimea and other temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine to support Russian military needs.
The Terminal in Feodosia Also Targeted
Ukrainian drones also targeted the maritime oil terminal in Feodosia. Located about 250 kilometers from the front line, the facility is a multipurpose transfer complex used to move oil and petroleum products from railway tankers to sea vessels.
The terminal houses seven fuel tanks with capacities of 10,000 and 20,000 cubic meters. The Russian side reportedly uses this facility especially to supply fuel to occupied Crimea in emergencies on the peninsula.
On the same night, Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces reportedly launched attacks on 26 Russian military targets in occupied Ukrainian territories and Russia’s Bryansk region.
