11-Year-Old Child Seriously Injured After Falling from Balcony in Konya
An 11-year-old child in Seydişehir district of Konya was seriously injured after falling from a balcony. After initial treatment, the child was transferred to Konya City Hospital for further care.
An 11-year-old child was seriously injured after falling from a balcony in Seydişehir district of Konya.
The incident occurred on 153402nd Street in Kızılcalar Neighborhood. The 11-year-old, E. Z. M., went out to the balcony to look at his newly acquired bicycle while his mother and older brother were at home.
It was learned that the child lost his balance and fell from the 6th floor to the ground. Health and police teams were dispatched to the scene following the report.
After providing first aid at the scene, the health teams transported the child by ambulance to Seydişehir State Hospital. Following treatment there, E. Z. M. was transferred to Konya City Hospital.
The child's condition is reported to be serious. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
It was also reported that the child's father, who is a doctor, traveled by ambulance to Konya.
