A new decision was taken as part of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the AHBAP Association. The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested that all of the association's assets and administrative authority be completely transferred to a management trustee. After evaluating the request, the Istanbul 8th Criminal Judgeship of Peace ruled that all assets and administrative powers of the association be handed over to a management trustee.
The ruling noted that the association's founder Haluk Levent, along with some members of its board of directors and supervisory board, are under arrest, while judicial control measures such as house arrest and a travel ban have been imposed on other suspects.

Association's Activities End
The ruling stated that the AHBAP Association's activities have ended, that precautionary measures were placed on its accounts and assets, and that the dissolution process has been initiated. The association's subsidiaries were also placed under trustee administration managed by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).
Three Appointed
Istanbul 8th Criminal Judgeship of Peace appointed lawyers Rıdvan Can, Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kasım Han as trustees to manage the association's real estate, vehicles, cash in bank accounts and other asset values.
