Applications are continuing for TOKİ’s 25% discount campaign for housing and commercial property buyers. Under the campaign, buyers who pay off their entire outstanding debt balance can receive a net 25% discount.
The scheme, which affects approximately 228,000 beneficiaries, is also available to buyers who cannot pay off their debt in full. Those buyers can receive a partial discount of 25% on the amount they pay upfront, provided that they pay at least 25% of their outstanding debt balance.
Applications can be submitted until 19 October
Housing and commercial property buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign must apply to the bank where they completed their sales transactions by 19 October. Buyers can also obtain their debt balances, calculated as of the debt settlement date, from the relevant bank during the same period.

To qualify for the discount, repayment installments must have started no later than the end of June 2025. As of the application date, installments for the relevant month must have been paid, and there must be no overdue installment debt or outstanding property tax debt.
Housing and commercial property buyers with 12 months or fewer remaining installments will not be eligible for the campaign. No 25% discount will be applied to debt settlements or partial payments made after 19 October.

Documents required for title deed procedures
For title deed delivery in projects where condominium ownership has been established, applicants must submit to the bank a document obtained from the relevant municipality showing the declared property value, along with a valid compulsory earthquake insurance policy, when applying.
Buyers who wish to benefit from the campaign by paying off their outstanding debt can also obtain a housing loan from the intermediary banks with which they signed the Real Estate Sales Agreement.
