A Caspian Airlines passenger plane with the registration EP-KPB, scheduled to fly to Iran from Istanbul Airport, was withdrawn from service under an enforcement order issued over a debt to an aviation company in Türkiye.

Lawyers for the creditor company and enforcement officers arrived at Istanbul Airport to implement the order. The aircraft was not allowed to take off after completing passenger boarding for its flight to Iran.

The passengers and cabin crew were removed from the aircraft and taken to the terminal. The aircraft was then seized.
