Despite Lebanon and Israel deciding to extend the ceasefire period by 45 days, intense Israeli army bombings continue in southern Lebanon. The attacks, which have claimed the lives of at least 19 people in the last 24 hours, continue to escalate tensions in the region. Israeli airstrikes, especially in the Marjeyoun, Saïda, Tyr, and Nabatiyé areas, have led to evacuation orders in many villages. Residents of settlements such as Kfar Houné and Bnaafoul are being directed to safe areas along with local people and families migrating from the region. Attempts by the Israeli army to interfere with Lebanese army checkpoints and Hezbollah's attacks on Israeli positions are also factors escalating the tension. Meanwhile, a drone attack was reported near a nuclear power plant in the United Arab Emirates; the responsible party has not yet been announced, but security concerns in the region have increased. According to the Ministry of Health data, since March 2, 2,988 people have died and 9,210 have been injured in Israeli attacks. These developments show that the ceasefire has not been fully implemented on the ground and that stability in the region remains fragile.
