In Yaylasaray village, connected to Taşova district of Amasya, large rock fragments fell on a two-story house and a tractor due to a landslide. The residents of the house experienced great panic when they saw the huge rock fragments in front of them upon waking up in the morning. The family, unable to get out due to the door being stuck, escaped through the window. Kübra Kavak, who stayed in the house, described her experience as "My brother, my nephew, and I were shocked and confused. We ran around in great panic. When the door wouldn't open, we escaped through the window. Especially the room I stayed in collapsed. I am still in shock."
The village headman Asalet Er stated that they reported the situation to AFAD and relevant institutions. It is relieving that there were no injuries in the incident, but material damage occurred to the house and tractor.
