Paraglider unfurls Palestinian flag in the skies over Türkiye’s Konya
Mustafa Ulutaş, head of the nature and flight sports club in Karapınar, Konya, unfurled a giant Palestinian flag while paragliding over the Göktepe flight area in a show of support for the Palestinian people.
Mustafa Ulutaş, head of the Karapınar Nature and Flight Sports club in Türkiye’s central province of Konya, unfurled a Palestinian flag in the sky while paragliding, in a gesture of support for the Palestinian people.
The display took place at the Karapınar Göktepe Flight Area. Spectators at the site applauded Ulutaş as he glided with the large flag attached to his paraglider.
Flight over Göktepe
The flight offered views of Karapınar’s volcanic landscape and crater lake. After unfurling the flag, Ulutaş glided over the site for some time before landing.
An experienced paraglider, Ulutaş previously unfurled a giant Turkish flag while flying over Balık Lake in the eastern province of Ağrı during celebrations of the Republic’s centenary.
