Presidential Investment and Finance Office marks 20th anniversary in Vienna
The Presidential Investment and Finance Office celebrated its 20th anniversary with a reception held at Türkiye's Embassy in Vienna. Office President Ahmet Burak Dağlıoğlu said more than 1,000 Austrian companies operate in Türkiye.
The Presidential Investment and Finance Office celebrated its 20th anniversary on October 19 with a reception titled "Invest in Türkiye: Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence" at Türkiye's Embassy in Vienna. The reception brought together representatives of the Austrian business community, investors and diplomats.
Dağlıoğlu: Austrian investments in Türkiye exceed $11 billion
Speaking at the reception, Office President Ahmet Burak Dağlıoğlu highlighted the strong investment ties between Türkiye and Austria. Dağlıoğlu said more than 1,000 Austrian companies operate in Türkiye and that total investment from Austria since 2003 had exceeded $11 billion.
At the event hosted by Türkiye's Ambassador to Vienna, Gürsel Dönmez, Austrian Post Deputy CEO Peter Umundum, Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ) Vice President Wolfgang Hesoun and Speedinvest General Partner Stefan Klestil spoke about investment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
During the Vienna program, meetings were also held with leading Austrian companies and business organizations on new investment and cooperation opportunities.
Established in 2006, the office has been promoting Türkiye to foreign investors and supporting them throughout the investment process for 20 years.
