Şişecam, one of Turkey's global glass manufacturers, has established a new company to expand its operations in the United States.
According to a statement submitted by Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the incorporation of Sisecam USA Trading Corporation was completed on August 13, 2026.
The new company's capital was set at $100,000. The entire share capital of the company is owned by Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.
The company will focus on sales and marketing
According to the information submitted to KAP, Sisecam USA Trading Corporation will operate in sales and marketing services.
Through the new structure, Şişecam aims to support sustainable growth in its glass operations, particularly in the flat glass business.
The company also aims to strengthen its presence and market penetration in the U.S. market, reach new customers and improve the level of services offered to existing customers.
In this context, the new company is expected to operate as a structure that strengthens Şişecam's commercial operations and customer relations in the United States.

The company's subsidiaries listed on KAP include Sisecam USA Inc., which operates in financing, investment and sales, as well as Sisecam Chemicals Resources LLC, Sisecam Chemicals Wyoming LLC and Sisecam Wyoming LLC, which operate in natural soda production and sales.
Şişecam also has a significant operational network in the country through its soda operations and logistics investments in the United States.
The newly established Sisecam USA Trading Corporation will support this structure, particularly through its sales and marketing activities.
