SPK sanctions Altınkılıç Gıda and Anel Elektrik
The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) imposed sanctions on Altınkılıç Gıda ve Süt Sanayi Ticaret AŞ and Anel Elektrik Proje Taahhüt ve Ticaret AŞ after completing its investigation. The Board decided to file criminal complaints against 48 natural persons and impose transaction bans on them, while revoking the licenses of 28 people.
The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) has completed its investigation into Altınkılıç Gıda ve Süt Sanayi Ticaret AŞ and Anel Elektrik Proje Taahhüt ve Ticaret AŞ.
Following the investigation, the Board decided to file criminal complaints against 48 natural persons and impose transaction bans on them.
The SPK also revoked the licenses of 28 natural persons. It additionally imposed transaction bans on Tera Portföy Yönetimi AŞ, Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ, Tera Yatırım Bankası AŞ, Tera Yatırım Holding AŞ and Century City Securities SA.
