Court appoints TMSF as trustee of Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding
TMSF was appointed as trustee of Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding by a decision of the Criminal Judgeship of Peace dated October 14, 2026. Enis Güçlü Şirin was appointed chair of the company’s board of directors, while Cüneyt Ardağ became deputy chair.
In a notification submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform, Tera Yatırım Teknoloji Holding announced that the Istanbul 5th Criminal Judgeship of Peace had appointed the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund as trustee of the company under its decision dated October 14, 2026, numbered 2026/10332 D. İş.
Following the decision, the Fund Board formed the company’s new board of directors. Enis Güçlü Şirin was appointed chair of the board, while Cüneyt Ardağ was appointed deputy chair.
New board of directors
Melek İnceköse İmert, Ercan Doğan, Arif Kural, Mert Can Aktı, Batuhan Başoğlu, Aybike Kaynar Bardakcı and Mine Terzi were appointed as members of the board of directors.
The company’s management and representation powers are being exercised by the board of directors appointed by the Fund Board. The new board of directors announced that the necessary work had begun.
