Mehmet Yiğiner, president of the Turkish Federation of Drivers and Automobilists, said they want Togg T6X to be offered to taxi operators with suitable purchase and financing terms.
Yiğiner said the T6X model, whose rough prototype was unveiled by Togg Chairman Fuat Tosyalı, is planned to become available for order in June 2027, with deliveries scheduled to begin by the end of the same month. He said the timetable had generated excitement among taxi operators.
Expected to make it easier to renew taxi fleets
Yiğiner said the T6X is expected to stand out with features suited to urban use, technological equipment, a digital driving experience and modern design. He described the model as the latest link in Togg’s vision for electric mobility.
Yiğiner said the T6X is a candidate to become one of the prominent models not only in the domestic automobile market but also in terms of competition in the electric vehicle segment.
Yiğiner said offering the model to taxi operators with suitable purchase and financing terms would facilitate fleet renewal and contribute to citizens receiving services in modern, domestic, comfortable and environmentally friendly vehicles.
Yiğiner said they want to use the Togg T6X in commercial taxis and are awaiting the day the model begins serving citizens in cities.
