The Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra performed on the evening of October 31 at Bulgaria Hall (Zala Bulgaria) in Sofia during Republic Day week. Türkiye's Embassy in Sofia announced in Turkish and Bulgarian that it was pleased and proud to attend the concert with invited guests.
Photographs published by the embassy showed the orchestra performing with a violin soloist on the hall's wood-paneled stage, in front of the large organ pipes. After the concert, audience members in the boxes gave the orchestra a standing ovation.
Salute at the end of the concert
At the end of the program, the orchestra members gathered on stage and collectively saluted the audience. A video published by the embassy showed moments of the orchestra performing in the packed hall.

Multinational orchestra founded in 1992
The Tekfen Philharmonic was founded in 1992 at the initiative of Ali Nihat Gökyiğit, one of the founders of Tekfen Holding. The orchestra brings together musicians from different countries, and the number of countries represented by its artists eventually reached 23. In recent years, the orchestra has also performed at the opening concerts of the Istanbul Music Festival.
