The Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye will take place from April 25 to May 2, 2027. The route of the race, one of Türkiye’s major events on the international cycling calendar, will be announced at a later date.
Türkiye’s only cycling race in the ProSeries category will bring professional cyclists from different countries around the world together in Türkiye.
20 international events in Türkiye
Twenty different UCI events will be held in various provinces across Türkiye throughout 2027. The first international race of the season will be Grand Prix Antalya, which will take place in Antalya on February 13.

During the first part of the season, Antalya will also host Grand Prix Alaiye, Grand Prix Alanya, Grand Prix Pedalia, the Tour of Antalya and Grand Prix Apollon Tapınağı. The calendar also includes another Grand Prix Antalya race in Antalya on March 27.
Emin Müftüoğlu, president of the Turkish Cycling Federation, said that participating with 20 events had strengthened Turkish cycling’s position internationally. Müftüoğlu said the aim was to bring cycling to wider audiences through races held in different regions.
Müftüoğlu said that international events, particularly the Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye, would bring athletes from different countries together in Türkiye and demonstrate the country’s organizational capabilities. He expressed his hope that the new season would be a period in which athletes gain international experience and cycling culture grows stronger in different cities.
