Three students injured in attack near school in Manisa remain in intensive care
Three students injured in an attack near a school in Manisa’s Turgutlu district on September 22, 2026, remain under treatment in intensive care units. The mildly injured students have all been discharged, while the number of people detained in connection with the incident has risen to 10.
Three students remain under treatment
The Manisa Governor’s Office issued a statement on the health condition of the students injured in the attack in the Turgutlu district on September 22, 2026.
According to the statement, all students receiving treatment for mild injuries have been discharged. The three students receiving treatment in central Manisa remain in intensive care units.
The governor’s office said doctors are closely and carefully monitoring the health condition of the students who remain under treatment.
10 suspects detained
The number of people detained in connection with the attack, in which 11 students were injured, has risen to 10. The suspects’ procedures at the police station are ongoing.
