Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will start MotoGP’s British round 21st overall with 12 points
Prima Pramac Yamaha rider Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will compete over 20 laps in the MotoGP race at Silverstone Circuit in England on Sunday, August 9. After the first 11 rounds of the season, Razgatlıoğlu has 12 points and is 21st overall.
The 12th round of the MotoGP World Championship season will take place at the 5.9-kilometer Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire. Qualifying sessions will be held tomorrow at 13:50 Turkish time, followed by the sprint race at 18:00.
The British race will start at 15:00 Turkish time on Sunday, August 9, and will be contested over 20 laps. Prima Pramac Yamaha rider Toprak Razgatlıoğlu expressed his happiness at returning to Silverstone ahead of the race.
Razgatlıoğlu said his last race at the circuit was in the Rookies Cup 12 years ago and that his experience at Silverstone on a MotoGP motorcycle would be different. Saying they would see what awaited them at the circuit, which stands out for its long straights, Razgatlıoğlu said their goal was to do their best and continue learning.
Razgatlıoğlu, the first Turkish rider in MotoGP history, has collected 12 points in the first 11 rounds of the season. The Turkish rider is 21st in the overall riders’ standings.

Toprak Razgatlıoğlu’s points total in the standings is listed as 12.
