Turkish Aerospace (TUSAŞ) has set up a second production line to expand output of the ANKA-3 unmanned combat aircraft. Company officials told Breaking Defense that the new line, set to open in November, will be able to produce one ANKA-3 every five months.
The new line will build an enlarged-airframe version whose payload capacity, according to officials, will rise from about 1.3 tons on the current model to 1.75 tons.

80 ordered, first delivery in 2027
The Turkish Armed Forces have reportedly ordered 80 ANKA-3s, with the first delivery expected in 2027. The tailless flying-wing ANKA-3 made its maiden flight in December 2023.
