Türkiye's commercial vehicle exports exceed $5.2 billion in nine months
Türkiye's exports of vehicles designed to carry goods reached $5 billion 185 million 578 thousand in the first nine months of 2026. Exports covering light commercial vehicles and small and large trucks accounted for 16.6% of the automotive sector's total exports and reached 79 countries and free zones.
Türkiye's exports of vehicles designed to carry goods rose 8.3% in the January-September period of 2026 compared with the same period last year, reaching $5 billion 185 million 578 thousand.
These exports, covering light commercial vehicles and small and large trucks, accounted for 16.6% of Türkiye's automotive industry's total exports of $31 billion 144 million 829 thousand during the same period.
Exports reached 79 countries and zones
Exports of vehicles designed to carry goods were made to 79 countries, as well as independent and free zones, during the January-September period.
United Kingdom received the most exports
The United Kingdom ranked first with $1 billion 129 million 955 thousand in exports. Germany followed with $861 million 103 thousand, and France with $595 million 771 thousand.
