USCIS sets new 180-day and 60-day requirements for e-filing
USCIS has announced a regulation that could make electronic filing mandatory for certain immigration applications and petitions. The regulation does not currently require any form to be filed electronically; for that to happen, the form must have been available for online filing for at least 180 days, and the agency must provide at least 60 days’ advance notice.
