Bozay meets Georgian and RCC representatives at mediation conference
Deputy Foreign Minister and Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, President of EU Affairs, met with Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Lasha Darsalia and Regional Cooperation Council Secretary-General Amer Kapetanović on the sidelines of the 9th Istanbul Mediation Conference.
Deputy Foreign Minister and Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, President of EU Affairs, held bilateral meetings during the 9th Istanbul Mediation Conference in Istanbul. On the sidelines of the conference, Bozay met with Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Lasha Darsalia.
Bozay also met with Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretary-General Amer Kapetanović. Türkiye is among the council’s participants, alongside other countries in the council established in 2008 to promote regional cooperation in Southeast Europe.
“A Shared Commitment to Peace” panel
Bozay also participated as a speaker in the panel titled “A Shared Commitment to Peace: Experiences and Perspectives,” held as part of the conference.
Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Istanbul Mediation Conference brings together diplomats, representatives of international organizations and experts working in mediation and conflict prevention.
