Türkiye’s Deputy Foreign Minister and Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, attended a reception hosted by Austria’s Embassy in Ankara to mark Austria’s National Day and delivered a speech. The Turkish Foreign Ministry announced his attendance on Oct. 15.

Austria’s Embassy in Ankara, which hosted the reception, is headed by Ambassador Gabriele Juen.

Austria celebrates its National Day every year on Oct. 26, the date in 1955 when its parliament adopted the constitutional law declaring the country’s permanent neutrality.
