President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized unity and brotherhood in remarks about the Kurds. Erdoğan noted that Turks, Kurds and Arabs have lived together in the same region for many years.

“Kurds are our brothers. We have lived together, side by side, for a thousand years. Our joy is shared, too. I always say this: Kurds, Arabs and Turks are inseparable,” Erdoğan said, delivering a message of social unity.
Erdoğan also said the peace, security and prosperity of the Kurds must be considered separately from the calculations of terrorist organizations or foreign powers.
Erdoğan’s remarks highlighted the importance of preserving bonds of brotherhood among different segments of society and strengthening their shared life.
