The fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office is continuing with new detentions. Bulls Yatırım Board Chair Kemal Akkaya and Takasbank General Manager Yunus Arıncı, who had previously been detained and released, were detained again on the evening of November 7.
As part of the investigation, detention orders were also issued for Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) Deputy Head Muhammet Erişen and Ruzy Madencilik Board Chair Mehmed Nureddin Çevik.

Akkaya was released after giving a statement to the prosecutor's office on September 23, 2026. Arıncı was released subject to a travel ban and a requirement to report regularly.
The investigation was launched over allegations of manipulation in the capital markets. Former Family and Social Services Minister Fatma Betül Sayan Kaya had previously been arrested, while four people, including former Capital Markets Board Deputy Chair Enver Usca, had also been sent to prison.
