Türkiye's Embassy in Bamako celebrated the 103rd anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye with a ceremony in Mali's capital. The embassy said the celebration took place "with great enthusiasm."
Moussa Ag Attaher, Mali's Minister for Malians Abroad and African Integration, attended the ceremony on behalf of the Malian government. The embassy thanked the minister for attending and expressed its gratitude to the Malian guests, members of the diplomatic corps and Turkish citizens who were present.

Speech before Atatürk's portrait
A red-and-white panel featuring a portrait of Atatürk was placed behind the podium in the ceremony hall. Malian officials, diplomats and guests listened to the speech from the podium while standing. Mali's national broadcaster, ORTM, was also present at the venue.
Refreshment tables decorated with Turkish and Malian flags were set up in the hall. Malian guests who attended the ceremony in traditional clothing also posed for commemorative photos with the embassy delegation.
