Bilim Tashkent, established through cooperation between the Turkish Technology Team (T3) Foundation and Uzbekistan’s Youth Affairs Agency, was opened at a ceremony held at the Tashkent Youth Center. The center is the 30th facility in the T3 Foundation’s international network of science centers.
Türkiye’s Ambassador to Tashkent Ufuk Ulutaş, Uzbekistan Youth Affairs Agency Director Alisher Sadullaev, T3 Foundation Chair of the Board Elvan Kuzucu Hıdır and Tashkent Deputy Governor Durdana Rahimova attended the ceremony.

The center features workshops for children and young people in mathematics, astronomy, space and aviation, natural sciences, artificial intelligence and digital technologies, as well as a DENEYAP class and technology and production workshops.
Hıdır said, “We are two brotherly countries that share the same values, are bound to each other by deep-rooted ties and are moving toward the future together,” adding that they wanted to see young people trained at Bilim Tashkent also participate in TEKNOFEST. Ambassador Ulutaş said the center would lay the groundwork for new projects between the two countries.
