SOLOTÜRK display draws crowds
The Turkish Air Force aerobatic team SOLOTÜRK performed a display flight over the festival grounds. Flown by Lt. Col. Murat Bakırcı, the roughly 15-ton F-16 reached 1,200 kilometers per hour at low altitude, performing sharp climbs and dives as thousands of visitors filmed on their phones. The team closed the show flying to "Hatıran Yeter" by the late singer Ferdi Tayfur, with the crowd singing along.
