TOKİ will offer 383 plots of land in 46 provinces for sale by auction. The estimated value set for the properties, which cover a total area of 1,684,690 square meters, is TRY 10,358,647,195.

Auctions to be held on Sept. 29-30

The auctions will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 29-30 at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building. Bids can also be submitted online.

Payment options

Buyers will be able to purchase plots designated for housing, commercial, tourism, education, agriculture, industry, sports, urban services, unplanned areas, recreation, storage, fuel stations, logistics facilities and afforestation with a 25% down payment and a 48-month term.

Some properties will be sold for cash. A 15% discount will be applied to cash purchases.

The plots to be offered for sale are located in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ağrı, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Ardahan, Artvin, Aydın, Balıkesir, Batman, Bayburt, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bolu, Çankırı, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Giresun, Hatay, Iğdır, Istanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kars, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kilis, Konya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sinop, Sivas, Tekirdağ, Van, Yozgat and Zonguldak.
