The Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and Turkish Airlines (THY) have renewed their cooperation protocol for the seventh time, providing exporters with cost-effective air cargo options. The protocol grants up to a 36% discount on Turkish Cargo shipments to 49 destinations across 30 countries.
The protocol was signed by TIM Chairman Mustafa Gültepe and THY Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Murat Şeker.
Speaking at the ceremony, TIM Chairman Gültepe stressed that affordable air cargo transportation is strategically important for competitive exports. Pointing out Turkey's advantageous position in air cargo, Gültepe said, "Behind us we have a flag carrier like THY, which boasts the world's widest flight network and ranks among the global air cargo giants. Turkish Cargo has always been a key stakeholder in our export journey. Today, by taking our strong partnership a step further with the seventh cooperation protocol, we have expanded the package offered to our exporters in both scale and quality."
