Burhanettin Duran says Türkiye will grow stronger through youth and technology

Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran said Türkiye was developing its own technologies in the air, land and maritime domains, adding that the country was moving toward a stronger future thanks to the dreams of its young people.

Duran said he had witnessed the enthusiasm and determination of young people to produce, as well as their confidence in the country’s future, during the TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space and Technology Festival in Şanlıurfa.

Emphasis on the Century of Türkiye

Duran said the Century of Türkiye vision would rise through the ideas, efforts, courage and grand dreams of young people. The Century of Türkiye is defined as a vision announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in late 2022 that includes programs and goals for the Republic’s second century.

TEKNOFEST is being held at GAP Airport in Şanlıurfa under the organization of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. In addition to various projects in technology and innovation, defense industry projects are also being exhibited at the festival.

The festival, which began on Wednesday, will continue to welcome visitors through Sunday, October 4.
