The media office of the Palestinian government in Gaza said the Israeli army had violated the ceasefire in Gaza 5,989 times since it took effect in October 2025. The office said the violations had killed 1,593 Palestinians, wounded 5,748 people and led to the detention of 217 others.
According to the media office, the Israeli army violated the ceasefire 753 times in October alone, opening direct fire on Palestinians 346 times, carrying out 310 airstrikes and blowing up 64 homes. During the same period, 145 people, including 21 children and 14 women, were killed, while 672 people were wounded.
The office said that while 232,800 aid trucks should have entered the territory through border crossings since the ceasefire, only 77,657, or approximately 33 percent, were allowed to enter. Last month, only 3,777 of 18,600 trucks were able to enter Gaza; as for fuel, only 15.9 percent of the amount stipulated in the agreement was supplied.

Restrictions at the Rafah border crossing also remain in place. Under the ceasefire agreement, only 14,821 of the 40,000 people who needed to leave the territory, primarily for medical treatment, were allowed to travel; in October, only 802 of 4,200 people were able to cross.
