The Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) today made available to candidates the field-based rankings prepared according to the results of the 2026 Public Personnel Selection Examination Undergraduate Exam (KPSS Undergraduate Exam). Candidates can view their rankings by logging into the Candidate Transactions System at ais.osym.gov.tr with their Turkish identification number and candidate password.
The system calculates candidates' rankings among others who took the exam in the selected score type and the education fields they marked. The screen also includes the option "Do not include placed candidates in the ranking." If this box is checked, candidates centrally placed by ÖSYM in (B) group positions or posts based on the results of this exam are excluded from the calculation.
No effect on placements
ÖSYM emphasized that the service is for informational purposes only and does not affect placement procedures. The page displayed on the screen does not serve as an official document; the information recorded in ÖSYM's system will be taken as the basis for all evaluations. According to the institution's technical explanation, the ranking uses candidates' up-to-date education information obtained from e-School and YÖKSİS. For candidates whose active education does not appear in the system, the information provided in their exam application is used. Both graduates and candidates continuing their education are included in the calculation for the selected fields.

1,595,476 candidates took the exam
According to ÖSYM's figures, 1,708,330 people applied for the General Ability-General Knowledge session on September 6, while 1,595,476 candidates took the exam. Among the subject-knowledge sessions held on September 12-13, the most crowded was the Saturday afternoon session featuring the law, economics and public finance tests, with 64,832 candidates. The exam results were announced on October 7.
According to ÖSYM's calendar, preferences for KPSS-2026/2, the second central placement to be made for the posts and positions of certain institutions and organizations, will be accepted from December 17 to 24. Candidates can direct their questions to the ÖSYM Call Center at 444 6796.
