Food security and the climate agenda
Indonesia's Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs was established in 2024 during the presidency of Prabowo Subianto and is responsible for coordinating policies related to food security. Food systems and agriculture are among the prominent topics in climate negotiations.
Türkiye will host the 31st session of the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP31, in Antalya this month. Turkish diplomats continue their contacts in the countries where they are serving to promote the COP31 agenda ahead of the conference.
