The Türkiye Tech Visa Program received 492 applications from 53 countries during the first half of the year. Following preliminary reviews, technopark evaluations and commission procedures, 82 technology startups were admitted to the program.
Of the accepted startups, 47 established companies in Türkiye and began operations. They received acceleration training to help them grow their businesses and integrate into Türkiye's technology ecosystem.
New applications to be assessed through the end of the year
The implementation schedule for the second half of the year has also been set. Applications submitted to the program will continue to be assessed through the end of the year, and successful startups will be supported in establishing companies in Türkiye.
Acceleration training for entrepreneurs will also be organized during this period. The program aims not only to bring startups to Türkiye, but also to help them establish companies, remain in the country permanently and develop cooperation with the local technology ecosystem.

Two application channels for professionals and startups
Türkiye Tech Visa is implemented as a special invitation program for professionals with critical expertise in technology and startups with innovative business models and technology-based operations. Applications are submitted through two separate channels created for individual talent and startups.
Three-year work permit and tax benefits
Technology professionals and entrepreneurs admitted to the program are granted a three-year special work permit to enable them to make long-term plans in Türkiye. The program also provides for the facilitation of residence permit procedures for participants' families.
Participants who meet the requirements are offered income and corporate tax exemptions, as well as access to social security and health services.
Office, financing and advisory support
Startups seeking to operate in Türkiye are provided with office space in technoparks and incubation centers. Access to venture capital investments, project financing, public incentives and support programs is facilitated for companies.
Companies established in Türkiye by entrepreneurs receive legal, financial and technical advisory services for six months. The support includes guidance on incorporation procedures, incentive mechanisms, investment processes and integration into the technology ecosystem.
The program aims to encourage foreign technology companies to move their headquarters or operations to Türkiye, attract qualified talent to the country and make Türkiye one of the world's technology and innovation hubs.
