Women's argument leads to husbands' brawl in Kağıthane park
A quarrel sparked by claims a 13-year-old girl was slapped escalated into a brawl between the women's husbands, who traded kicks and punches, at a park in Kağıthane. Neither party filed a complaint, while the fight was recorded on a mobile phone camera.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 20, at a park in the Merkez neighborhood. A dispute broke out for an unknown reason between a 13-year-old girl and a woman in the park.
Alleged slap on girl triggers quarrel
According to the claim, the woman slapped the girl during the argument. Seeing what happened, the girl's mother reacted and confronted the woman.
The verbal clash between the two women quickly escalated.
Women argue, husbands brawl
Seeing the women arguing, their husbands soon got involved. The men attacked each other with kicks and punches. The brawl lasted for a while before bystanders intervened and broke it up.

The footage shows the husbands throwing kicks and punches at each other after the initial argument between the women. The fight comes to an end when onlookers step in.
No complaints filed
Police units were dispatched to the scene upon a report. Officials said neither party wished to press charges against the other, and one of those involved in the brawl had left the park before police arrived.
