Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Ambassador Musa Kulaklıkaya held two separate meetings in Ankara on Oct. 13, receiving French Ambassador to Ankara Isabelle Dumont and Djiboutian Ambassador to Ankara Aden Houssein Abdillahi at the ministry.

The Foreign Ministry did not release details of the talks. A career diplomat, Kulaklıkaya was appointed deputy foreign minister in 2025 after serving as assistant secretary-general of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and working at the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
