MassArt, founded in 1873, hosts Türkiye’s Boston Consulate General delegation
Türkiye’s Consulate General in Boston visited the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt), one of the United States’ established art and design schools, and discussed bilateral cooperation opportunities with President Dr. Mary K. Grant.

In Boston since 1873
Founded in 1873, MassArt describes itself as the first and only publicly funded independent art and design college in the United States. The school offers undergraduate and graduate programs in fine arts, design and art education.
The Consulate General of Türkiye in Boston will also hold a memorial ceremony on Tuesday, November 10, marking the 88th anniversary of Atatürk’s passing. Citizens wishing to attend the ceremony must register with the consulate by noon on Monday, November 9.
