Protests continue in Tokyo
Protests in support of Palestine have become more frequent in Tokyo in recent weeks. About 1,000 people joined a march in Shibuya on October 7, marking the third year since Israel began its attacks on Gaza. The demonstrators walked along an approximately 4-kilometer route from Jingu-dori Park to the Shibuya crossing and Omotesando.

Last week, demonstrators who gathered outside Ikebukuro Station also condemned Israel's actions in Gaza and the West Bank and called on Japanese companies to end business ties with Israeli military companies.
